SPECIAL GRADES

Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold

This wonderful and exotic coffee is prepared using washed Arabicas. The coffee beans are very large, uniformly bluish green in colour, and have a clean polished appearance. In the cup, the coffee exhibits full aroma, medium to good body, good acidity and a fine flavour.

Sieve Standard:

Minimum 90% retention on a sieve of 7.5 mm (Screen 19) and 100 % retention on a sieve of 6.65 mm (Screen 17).

Robusta Kaapi Royal

Thanks to a unique washing process, Indian washed Robustas are closest in taste to that of Arabicas. The beans are bold and round with pointed ends, and grey to bluish grey in colour. These intensely aromatic coffees have a soft, mild taste with notes of chocolate.

Sieve Standard:

RKR Screen 18 - Minimum 90 % retention on a sieve of 7.1 mm (Screen 18) and 100 % retention on a sieve of 6.65 mm (Screen 17). RKR Screen 17 - Minimum 90 % retention on a sieve of 6.65 mm (Screen 17) and 100 % retention on a sieve of 6.00 mm (Screen 15).
